Pros
Great compensation, very friendly work environment. Managers see you as an equal rather than less than, and are always kind and supportive. You also have great opportunities to learn and it is easy to move up in the company. Pete, the founder, is a make-it-happen kind of guy with a good heart. Also, you feel a sense of independence on the job, as you don't have supervisors breathing down your neck all the time, and you are mostly in the clients homes on your own so you can get your work done and you can follow up with your supervisor later.
Cons
We don't have enough people to help with scheduling, and sometimes you wont hear from the scheduler for days (sometimes weeks) on end. Sometimes the drives to clients homes can be really far (45mins - 1 hour away). Other than that, I feel the pros far outweigh the cons.
