Min of clients to be seen for full-time, no stipend for waiver of benefits, PTO is ok but hard if wanting to use unpaid leave as it’s salary

The pay and overtime. That's it.

Very hostile work environment. I felt like this job was constantly chaotic because nobody communicated and there is a very high turn over rate which should have been the red flag because my boss told me that on the first day that everybody quits. Some of the supervisors were incompetent and they were favored because of their strong faith in Christianity (it's a Christian Counseling company). This job wasn't worth all the angry clients because of the company's mayhem.
