      The working environment is extremely toxic. Management is horrific. Financials are shady.

      Exposure to incredibly talented authors as CFF hosts book readings. Terrific library. Wonderful NYC History at your fingertips. Kind employees who love books and help to create a pleasant work environment. Free CFF membership.

      I cannot think of any cons. My experience was positive.
