Pros
Coworkers are usually always lovely. When CET recruits people they pay very close attention to how well they think a person will fit in. CET's mission is very important.
Cons
Attrition rate is atrocious, most of management are \ good people who are horrible managers. Just...horrible. Many of them should never be put in charge of other people under any circumstances. Many people jump ship in droves, but those that are let go are either laid off because of poor financial planning or are fired after very pitiful attempts to "motivate" an employee to improve (usually resulting in the employee doing the very opposite.)
