      Pros

      Certainly a mixed bag, working for CCR. Results may vary. Culture was solid for the most part. A lot of cool and interesting people to work with. Work/life balance, job security, benefits, and occasional free food were all nice perks and kept me there for a while.

      Cons

      Some of the last hires before I moved on were just head-scratchers. Management has little to no clue on how to properly train and grow the skills of their employees. Real structure practically does not exist, so you better have a natural inclination for IT or you will sink in a chaotic and disorganized environment. Sales staff has little to no clue on how the tech side of things work - leading to poorly scoped and implemented projects with lots of issues / missed details. After reaching a certain level, you can get a small raise for every tech cert that you earn after that. A laughably naive approach to prove that sustained effort is rewarded.

      Pros

      CCR is a great place to be! I've had the opportunity to grow and learn so much throughout my time here. Some of the pros include PTO days, lots of food and amazing coworkers. No, I'm being serious when I say that. You will never meet another group of people like this. Management knows when to take matters seriously, and when to have a good laugh with you.

      Cons

      There are moments when you might feel stressed from a heavy work load, but there is always someone willing to help you out. If you ever need help, you know anyone will be there to lend a hand.

      Pros

      The people I worked with are great and know how to have fun. Got exposure to several different types of technology and industries.

      Cons

      Do not provide a standard training or onboarding program.
