A lot of cutting edge technology; you really need to be a programmer/developer. But if you are super good you might be somewhere else.
Cons
Unpolished, unstable, and unclear direction. That is only reason I cannot give 5. Subordinates' like a steady hand at the wheel. Things can feel very shaky at times.

Pros
Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.
Cons
Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout.
There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
