-Employees have informed customers that insurance is required even though it's not and this is just used to get higher commission. -Employees have been physical with customers and other employees in store. -Will persuade customers to get a Motorola phone just because it's higher commission and not care how horrible the phone is. -They threaten to fire you for every little thing you do. -Managers can't even reach quotas set by higher ups but then gaslight employees that don't reach the quotas. -Higher ups have been caught working under the influence of alcohol. -Their commission structure is awful and is made to screw the employee over because you have to meet so many aspects just for number to go up and to get commission.
