Great place to work for motivated engaged pathologists and support staffs who want to have influence over the process and product and to provide great patient care.

Healthcare is a tough industry (but this pathology group is well managed and seems well placed to continue to succeed while other pathology practices are not)

The benefits work for me . I can get FSA for dependent care and coverage for my kids with a high deductible coverage plan. Steady work but decent pay

The raises are not too high. Previous year I had a 2.5 percent raise. Its a departmental percent and distribution within the employees.
