Pros
The quality of the work done in the lab is as good as you’ll find across any AP lab. I feel that the lab aspect is the heartbeat of the company, and the people that work up there don’t get the credit they deserve.
Cons
The C-Suite is out of touch with the employees at the company and fail to implement changes that may help to improve this. There aren’t any outside business leaders on the board of directors either, that type of error makes it hard to course correct when those who are on the board may be too in the weeds to see the needed changes.
