Good company to work with - User Experience Manager Celigo Employee Review

Celigo is a matured startup-to-mid level product company, having good work culture encompassed with few best practices and processes. Employees are all quite matured and I've observed a friendly environment to work with at a shoulder level. Friendly work timings, though at times you might be having work pressure (close to releases) but you do not actually feel like you're getting pressurised as you will have that freedom and space to take time, think through and come up with better solutions/options. Management is friendly in nature and technically exposed to many technologies so they listen and understand what we're sharing in terms of ideas and deliverables. Product Management is another very good team to work with, as they're very open to listen to your queries, ideas and issues. Overall I felt it as one of the best places to work with.
