Great work experience. Celestica is a great place to start you career because you will encounter every single issue possible. Few places are ran worse than this place. The pro is you can learn the worst situations and future career positions will never be as bad as it is here. From Quality Engineering to Finance to Warehouse, every position is willing to teach you because they will hire entry level as opposed to bring in professionals. This allows young career professionals to enter the role and get a lot of real life work experience and resolve. Co workers are amazing! They are friendly and they will teach anyone willing to learn trades.
Cons
The mid managers have constant turnover. Company fails to meet revenue every quarter so lay offs are frequent. 3 General Managers in a 2 year span. 3 Supply chain managers in 2 year span. lay offs. Company loses their talent to competitors because they will not pay for in-house talent. Roles are constantly changing because of lack of leadership.
