very flexible work hours; kind and knowledgeable colleagues; cooperative work environment; beneficial learning and training for those starting in their career
Cons
salary and benefits very sub par; not a lot of opportunity for advancement in position and compensation; increasing pressure to meet shorter deadlines that are too often unreasonably too short

Thank you for your post & years of service.
Many thanks for the kind words on the team environment. We have recognised the changing market and have made significant strides in this area over the last year. The challenge of deadlines is always a key area within a CRO when many times this is not always under our immediate control but we are working to streamline process and workflows to make it more efficient while continuing to manage the challenges of our extremely rewarding business.

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators.
Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
