Great coworkers and the location is close to a lot of things, even though I liked the downtown office better
Cons
Management could use some work, that was the main reason a lot of people left. And they have limited full-time positions, most are 30hrs a week

Thank you for taking time to provide a review of our site here in Richmond. It is great to hear that you have coworkers that you enjoy working with on a daily basis.
Our move from downtown to our new facility was difficult but we think our new site is more suited to the work we perform. I’m sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience with our management staff but I’d like to take this opportunity to meet with you to discuss those issues. Engaging in thoughtful dialog tends to resolve many issues and I’d like to have the opportunity to hear these issues first-hand. If this is not acceptable, then I would refer you to our Human Resources department as they too are suited to assist in resolving issues in the workplace. It is true that many of our positions are part time positions but those positions offer full time benefits and in many cases full-time hours, which we think is a positive attribute.
Thank you for taking the time to rate our site and we will use it to continually improve in all aspects of what we do.
Best regards,
Stephen Carroll

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators.
Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
