      There were never any pros to this company, if you would like to make the same amount of pay for a decade regardless of performance it's the place for you

      The office is dillusional and want bump pay up until mass quitting occurs

      Amazing culture and company, outstanding perks. They truly care about their people.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough, but there are other perks and the culture makes it worth it. Also not much room for growth outside of the restaurant.
