- Bond They will hire you by signing a 2 years of bond which values 1,00,000/-. But it may varies person to person depending upon there years of experience. Some people may have 6,00,000/- bond values. They are basically used this as a trap for a employee. Most of the people here are tied of this bond policy always think two times before switching to a new job and survive years and years for no reason. - Force to post good reviews When I was doing my internship here they are forced me to post good reviews on Glassdoor so that they can show the whole world that how cool they are with 4.1 star on Glassdoor. - Bad office culture The office culture here is not good. The size of office space is very less as compared to the number employee they hired per month. - Lots of Drama during leaving - Less projects and less opportunities You have to struggle by your own to land in a project. - Bad Appraisal policy If you want to take 20 to 30% hike here then Hr will tell you to sign a bond of another 1 year which have a bond value amount 50% to 60% more than of your last bond. It means that you will never get out of this cycle. - Bad L&D experience Provide some youtube tutorials to learn.
