The Cavalry - IT Administrative Cavalry I.T. Employee Review

Friday lunches with the team were great to get to know each other. Everyone believed that the product that was being supplied was great and wanted the company to excel.

For a company that boasts about their great company culture, the culture was definitely not great. Everyone was snarky and would complain about each other behind their backs. This was strange, since the company was so small. The office was a terrible working environment - everything was so loud and people were cramped in so close together. Management was riddled with bad behaviour and it was very hard to get along with them. As well as this, they weren't very flexible with working arrangements - I felt stifled and there was no where to move up.

Amazing team culture, recognition was amazing (from peers as well as from directors), great team building events (in the past some included Harbour Bridge climb, white water rafting, blue mountains trip etc) The company is growing and keep growing, this opens new opportunities for everyone and allowed me to grow as well. You really feel heard and the directors are very approachable.

The only thing that I can think of is that this is a fast paced environment which is full of energy which I find extremely fun. I do understand that some people may not like this.
