Disappointing - Account Manager Catalyst Marketing Agency Employee Review

I love working with the Catalyst team. They are all hard-working, supportive, creative people who care about their clients and teammates. We are all competent and work hard, but try to have fun while we're at it and care about each other as human beings as well.

Working remotely in different time zones can be challenging at times.

As someone who has worked with a few agencies and had less-than-great experiences, I can confidently say I’ve finally found a role I truly enjoy. The team is collaborative and supportive, management is flexible and accommodating, and the fully remote structure works seamlessly. I’ve had the chance to work with a wide variety of unique clients, which has pushed me to grow in ways I don’t think I would have elsewhere. The skills I’ve gained and the opportunities I’ve been given here have extended far beyond any other job I've had.

I've been with the company for over a year and am yet to find one!
