Beautiful scenery. Hourly employees are great and hard working. They hourly employees are very welcoming.

Safety is not a concern to management. Management is pretty much a joke. This place has the potential to make some much more money than it currently does. Absolutely no training for new employees and that is reflected in a huge turn over of employees and no real retention except for management.
