      Decent insurance. Always something to do to pass the time.

      Cons

      Awful training. I was paid 20k less a year than a newer manager of a smaller store blueprint. High turnover. Unrealistic expectations for metrics just for the sake of a bonus check. Informed we are unable to reward employees for contributing to bonuses. Not allowed to ban and bar problematic and potentially dangerous customers. The list goes on,

      Its close to my home

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
