Gender bias in the office. Male employees under valued. Shared desks. Little regard or respect from management. Long-time employees suddenly getting a pay "raise" that matched their pay with the new hires with no regard or adjustment for years of service. Little/no proper training. Socially toxic work environment on certain shifts (meaning a lot of people do not get along/communicate/cooperate.) Backbiting and general unpleasantness at an all time high. Management response it to do as little as possible and sweep everything under the rug. Forget advancement. Forget raises that actually matter. Forget having your own desk. Forget being there long.
