Worst career choice ever. - First Assistant Manager Casey's Employee Review

I'm a 1st assistant now. Started as a clerk and was promoted to 2nd assistant. Pay raise was not timely. Was promoted to 1st assistant and have been waiting 3 months plus for further raise. Have been with company for over a year and have not received raise. Am experiencing more and more tasks added to a single persons job. Company expects employees to do more and more while they remain being paid the same. Company has been cutting hours at store locations causing employees to have to do more. Very stressful environment.
