Great company - Anonymous employee Cascade Employee Review

Great team in the home. Really supportive wider Group management team. People really care about each other and homes support each other. No one is left to be overworked; other people will always help. Teams are very social outside of work hours. Great opportunity for progression within the company and this is encouraged.

I don't believe there are any cons to working for Cascade.

As a fairly new addition to Cascade, my journey from application form to job offer, was a smooth and quick transition. The minute I started I have been so supported and offered a clear progression programme.
