Tymon was the best manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Quotas weren't difficult to reach and the combination of a base wage along with the commissions made for some excellent paychecks.

The team at CW feels like a family. I know thats a buzzword across all businesses nowadays, but I really felt like it while I was there. The management was really understanding and flexible and the team that I worked with was were all nice and helpful. You get gas reimbursement for your trips which is a nice bonus as well.

Good lord the job is incredibly boring. If your doing it to get out of the house or to make a quick buck for decent hourly pay, its fine, but if you want to make a living off this, look elsewhere. This job is great for retirees or for folks that can work limited hours, not for younger folks who want to grind and start a career. The commission structure is also not realistic for anyone. I worked with a retired salesman who had 30 years of sales experience and even he couldn't achieve the bare minimum required for pay bonuses. The job is easy but becomes dull and one-dimensional very quickly.
