I have worked for Carpionato for 5 years. The training was excellent. Upon hire the HR team prepared a detailed training plan that included all phases of my job. Benefits are excellent. I was given the opportunity to write a self-evaluation and was reviewed formally by my supervisor. Benefits and pay are excellent. Strong team. Fun environment. Ability to work independent. Good working conditions.

Micromanaged to the max, lack of hybrid work schedule, a lot of favoritism played, no flex scheduling unless you are one of the “chosen” few, pay is not in line with industry, lack of advancement
