-Transparent interview process: Upfront with requirements for the role and where impact is needed -Leadership Team is very approachable -Company has improved alignment from top to bottom on Strategic Goals: This isn't perfect yet, but is much improved -Carpe Data has allowed me (and others) to take on more responsibility if you want it: the team is very receptive to new ideas to improve products/processes
Cons
-Requires employees to be flexible: Company is working to scale and implementing changes to improve processes. This is dynamic and change can impact employees day-to-day work/teams -US and Portugal based: heavy meeting load from 8-10AM to maximize time zone overlap. This is difficult at times, but company is flexible to work/life balance
