Pros

I am woking for Carlton 4 years as a Senior Merchandiser from 2018 and more than 1 year as Installation Supervisor (2017-18). I've learnt excellent PR, customer relation skills despite some obstacles and jealous attitude from my supervisor and co-workers (I am more creative, innovative, educated with leadership skills).

Cons

it's not flexible schedule and you have travel frequently throughout Central Northern Alberta. The company's management is quite cheap and refusing to cover some expenses, my supervisor and co-workers are jealous about my sales's achievement, education (I I am in my final year of the BCom at MacEwan University). In addition, I didn't get a good salary raise for all my 5 years of dedicated work.

Pros

I enjoyed the products and merchandising. It was a great place to work and I'd still be there had the store not closed.

Cons

The pay was okay. During the holidays you do get roughed up, but what do you expect, its gifts and gift wrap!

Pros

Cons

They hire so few employees that it was almost impossible to get someone to cover for me if I was sick, and if anyone else needed the night off they were always calling me. I understand why it wasn't economical to hire a ton of people, but still...
