Pros
Great image, great looks, great name
Cons
They are stuck in the 90's. They have a workforce that is Top heavy with people in roles for 30-50 years who cant use computers. They are afraid to bring business into the 21st century. They have entire team of ladies who spend their time trying to find work to stay relevant there, because they get paid to do nothing. This is what happens when you dont reward work but reward people who say yes to everything and never advance the company. They have a payroll system that does all of their payroll, they have a 401k administrator and yet they have 2 dedicated FT people to do "payroll" and administer "401ks". They could shed 80% of their administrative staff as dead weight and replace them with 20% of the manpower who actually knew what they were doing and used the services they already paid for.
