Pros
Benefits were decent at best. Had the opportunity to meet people from various backgrounds.
Cons
Horrible work/life balance. Management constantly stresses the need to have a good work/life balance, but it isn't practiced. Management is overpaid and promoted based on who they know. Nepotism occurs in the form of positions being created for people. Do not be a self-thinker who doesn't require your supervisors input on every single decision - it will get you singled out. Ethics are questionable - if you allow your supervisors to bully their employees and try to strike fear in them, you have a serious problem. Underpaid in terms of the market, poor raises. But made to feel like you should be thanking them for the $0.25 raise, which doesn't even cover cost of living.
