      Great atmosphere Professional Good training and opportunities Empowerment of employees Decent benefits, pension, life assurance, flexible hours, good maternity leave. I had an excellent boss.

      Cons

      Some of staff just want to keep the boss happy, the higher up the ladder the worse it gets. Low salary but decent benefits

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
