Pros
Promotions are easy since everyone quits. They will hire you if you know English. That's it. You can do drugs and be a criminal. Worth the pay for training until you find a real job. Good pay, nurses make over $23 for the same Health Assistsnt position that some are working for at $9.
Cons
They add other duties & switch your positions. Now they combined all job titles into one with a new name Health Assistant. So u do everyone's job with less pay. They change directions everyday. Huge turnover. HR will not help, everyone is friends among the corporate peeps. Management are always new if there is any. Leads will lie or not help you in fear you will replace them. I am out the door once I get another job, even for less pay! This is a call center and monitors your every move. Every bathroom break in minutes. They will use you and next week tell you how they heard all your calls and that you aren't good to stop you from a promised raise... which no one has received yet! No tuition reimbursement, good insurance. Everyone is miserable. Your chief of staff doesn't even say hi. The ones that tried to make a change or fix things will either get fired or quit.
