Worst experience - Anonymous employee CarePlus Health Plans Employee Review

This was the worst job experience. I learned that you don’t need to actually know what you’re doing just sound like it. The amount of micromanagement and constantly having your work picked apart. I wouldn’t recommend this company. The mental effect this job had on me was unbearable. It is the biggest blessing that I am no longer with this company.
