Pros
Insurance is the only PRO, they even give you a hard time for PTO.
Cons
BEWARE. Never have I ever worked for such a horrible department. The managers are micromanagers and want everything done as quickly as possible. While they themselves do nothing. They nick-pick at everything you do and don't do. Threats of losing your job are always made. Hours are long sometimes getting into 12:00am midnight. NO matter how much work you do or how well you do it, management keeps giving you more and always demand more. Working sick sometimes because they would not give me a day off. Even when I had PTO available. Emails from management telling you what you did wrong (with all other upper management copied) on the daily. Never an email telling you, something was done correct. The turn around in the department is only a couple of weeks. People literally cannot keep working here after they see the conditions of how others are treated. The training is extremely extensive and then they expect you to know it all when you are done. Especially when they give you new packets to do, that you have never done before. Honestly, I have had the worst experience working here. I cannot stress enough how horrible and unhuman like management is. They should seriously get retrained themselves and begin working from the bottom up again. Because their treatment of their employees shows only that they do not care about people. Main word PEOPLE, because you never know what someone else is going through.
