Young company going through a lot of growing pains. Poor communication skills throughout upper management. It’s treated as a real “who you know” sort of environment. If you go in as an outsider (someone without connections there already) beware- they might expect a lot of effort for little return. That’s fine for some folks, especially if you’re hourly. But just know that you might be expected work 50-60 hour weeks on a low salary.
