- The people who owned our building didn't do anything to help the process of getting more people to move in
- CGC doesn't change its approach. They are still using the same tactics to try and incentivize people to move in

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance.
- Turnover rate in corporate
- Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager
- CYA mentality
- High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals
- When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
