We're honestly sorry to hear that you did not have a favorable experience at Cardinal Business Concepts. We're only aware of one person who's ever left our company unhappy, due to issues that were out of our control. We've made extremely strong relationships with our entire team, and anyone who has ever left our company (very few people have left) has had an exit review letting us know their honest opinions of the company & how we can continue to improve. In regard to some of your comments, we're honestly offended that we are being accused of lying to our team & not thinking they're important; Our team is our TOP priority & our integrity, & the integrity of our team & clients is priority as well. In ALL of our job ads ever listed online, it is clearly stated that "pay is based on individual performance", and that "bonus & commissions" are offered. We do NOT guarantee a certain amount of money on someone's paycheck each week since it is "based on individual performance", and that is clearly stated in job ads, during all interviews, & on the new hire paperwork that each of our employees sign on their first day. We're sorry to hear that you were confused by any of this, but we do make it a point to be extremely clear about everything because not only do we not want our time wasted on someone that's not right for our company, but we do not want to waste anyone else's time either.
