Pros

Free parking ( if you turn up Early enough ) Nothing wise

Cons

Like being in prison, basically same as any other call centre however I think car care plan is the worst one I’ve worked for so far. Poor pay, expected to log on early and stay late to clear calls with no extra pay. Breaks monitored, if you got over by 30 seconds you’ve had it, get ready for abuse from your line manager. So under staffed that calls are non stop so there is not even enough time to drink water on between calls ( not great), Please speak to any current employee before you join, morale is extremely low with people upset and stressed out on a daily basis.
