Pros

Employees are all very bright. Good support for the most part. Challenging, intellectual projects. Great office space.

Cons

You are more likely to be stuck with unsupportive, passive aggressive management and "leadership" than great management (which does exist here). The former puts on a different face for upper management, so the true awfulness remains unseen and unchanged. You will work like a dog and not make anything near your peers, so be prepared. Passive aggressive behavior and backstabbing in client services is the norm. Creative is held in high regard and works the least hours, so that's your best bet. Internal processes are laborious and some exist just to give someone a job. Many employees have left but the attitude is they couldn't cut it. Failures are rarely examined.

Pros

Everyone here has a laser focus on the needs of the clients and is willing to put in the work to make sure expectations are exceeded. You get to meet and interact with people who are at the top of their game and they're always willing to speak with you and teach you things. From an intern perspective I was treated like a regular full-time employee which was refreshing; we didn't have to do demeaning tasks like get coffee/lunch or make copies, we were given work that our team members and clients valued. We had the opportunity to sit down with the president for a lunch and then the CEO for a dinner, that was extremely valuable; they really value the opinions of their interns. We also had meetings with the head of each department so we could get an understanding of how all the departments interact and work together. Finally at the end of the semester, the interns gave a presentation to the entire company, that was really cool and I liked how the company itself valued us as interns and treated us like a full-time member of the team.

Cons

Very fluid. I got the job and by the end of the semester I had seen about a dozen or so team members come and go. It may not be a con for some, but for me it made me uneasy. I think there is lack of opportunities to move up the ranks. It was the general consensus from all the interns that it can get very overwhelming at some times and the learning curve is steep, but everyone is very willing to help.
