Pros
The managers are helpful, at least when I was working there. The schedule is pretty flexible if you have something come up. If you perform well you are compensated fairly. Cash bonuses and spins were always great.
Cons
Like most car sales, you have a draw that you are expected to cover. If you fail to do so then you have to pay it back when you do get a commission. Of course, if you aren't making your draw, then maybe car sales isn't for you.
