Respect is given to all employees regardless of their level. Mentoring spirit is strong, can sense that they all want to see their colleagues develop and improve their skills, etc.

WFH was difficult and not as meaningful as an intern because there were no colleagues to interact with and learn from. Work was relatively independent, given the nature of WFH, so it was difficult to get real-time feedback.
