      Great support and understand from STEP staff Resources and gear provided for working with my participant were very useful Training was relevant.

      Cons

      Job entailed educating my participant's boss (not a CAN employee) on autism and positive supports which proved to be the most challenging part of the role.

      Get to hang out with kids! Get a very flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Hours are minimal, shifts are only given during certain seasons.
