Pros
A very good place to grow old and retire if you have no interest in career building or progression. When your time is up, you would probably be next in line for promotion. Always adapt to former best practice or "that is how we usually do things here", so not much changes or creativity needed to 'survive' or even gain promotion. Average pay and able to survive as long as you don't mess up your relationship with your boss and higher-ups. Even when you messed up, you will be still totally fine. Good work-life balance, start and end works on time, 5-days work week only.
Cons
Must reach work place before start working time. 1-min also consider late. Very traditional manner of doing business. Alot of silos division/departments/teams. Always need to have overall HQ instruction/permission to develop or enhance products/services
