Pros

It is a start up company so it's not all "corporate" like the other jobs I have had. It's a small company with about 16 people. Casual environment and basically easy money. I've worn different hats here so it's given me the chance to learn new things, but I need to make more money. It's only 15 min down the road from my house and I love my hours (7:30 - 4pm) M- F. Weekends off! Benefits are actually pretty good. No complaints there.

Cons

They don't pay me enough. That really is the only thing I can complain about. I have it pretty easy here.

Pros

I learned so much at Candy Club while I was working at the company. The team is compromised of extremely intelligent individuals who have expert level experience in their respective fields. You will work hard at Candy Club but will learn a tremendous amount of skills and expertise. The CEO cares about his employees and always wants the best for them. He is very approachable and takes time out of his schedule if you need to chat.

Cons

There was not many cons to working at this company. The pace is fast so get ready to work hard.
