Pros
Schedule is great, good work life balance in terms of days worked and days off.
Cons
Absolute nightmare of a managerial staff, they run their people into the ground and push away quality people. In my time there it was a revolving door of employees. Fortunately they made a management change after I left, hopefully things go better.
