I have been doing recruiting for a long time. Dealt with managers who place the blame everywhere else but on their shoulders, especially things that are beyond my scope of work. I have had the best support group all the way from the very top to the bottom. They understand that there is only so much I can control, I never felt so supported before with any company I have ever worked with.

Two cons: vacation/PTO time. I am not a big fan of accruing paid time off. I wish they would do it based on the start of the year. However, they do let you know that if you need it you can take it but of course if you leave before you have earned it you will have that deducted from your final pay. 2nd) benefits could be a little better. Cost is not the issue but lack of some benefits kind of stinks.

They hire anyone, regardless of background.

-Frequently ghosts calls and texts. -Acts sarcastic or belligerent if you ask for clarification on a policy. -Dodges questions about the time clock app. -Will refuse to fix a timecard punch until you talk to the HR manager of the business he is representing. -Is dismissive. -Uses an outdated JavaScript program for applications. -Has broken laptops in the office. -When asked if he would be available to answer his phone in the event of a call out, he said "no". -Blames new employee for the app not working.
