I’m not being dramatic or hyperbolic when I say there isn’t a single positive thing about working here

The most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly shady. You will be overworked, underpaid, under appreciated, and honestly left traumatized by the whole experience. They take startup business ideas from overworked co-op students. Under the guise of a “competition”, students are put through the ringer by management with unrealistic timelines, the implied expectation to work 12-18 hour days and are berated, insulted, and belittled throughout the process. Employee turnover is high and it comes as no surprise. Don’t trust any false promises that might be made to you or how good they make the company sound. You’re expected to work 60+ hour weeks with 0 overtime. They make you install spyware on your personal computer. There are also 0 benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, anything). Working here was the biggest regret I’ve ever had. If you have questionable morals and like the idea of having an abusive manipulator as a boss, then this is the place for you! However, if you have any regard for yourself and your well-being whatsoever, don’t take an opportunity from this company. I know this might come off as sour grapes but please take my word for it. I write this as a warning to protect people from having the experience myself and many others have had. Don’t believe their response to the 1-star google review saying “that couldn’t be the case”. It is absolutely the case.
