Colleagues can be really amazing, in office lunch via Picnic, snacks, cold brew on tap, basic needs are covered.

Unprofessionalism galore. Upper management can get very comfortable and handsy, blurs lines like crazy (and no one says a word). Pay is quite literally insanity for the workload and expectations.
