      Pros

      I really enjoying playing an instrumental role in the training and development of the new PhDs (Phone Doc) It's been an awesome experience thus far!

      Cons

      Working for a start-up requires committing long hours and drinking lots of coffee! I tend to work consecutive 10 our shifts which take a toll on me.

      Pros

      The best reason to work here was the compensation for the job I was doing. The job was easy, although it was very time consuming.

      Cons

      There was a lack of communication among the company officers and I would frequently feel like I was not really apart of the team.
