Pros
If you like working with children and enjoy the great outdoors then a seasonal job with summer camp is for you. If you are an Excel geek and enjoy sitting in front of a computer than Fulltime summer camp work might be your calling.
Cons
Small management team that is generally overworked. Client base is very difficult to deal with and requires lots of patients. Owner is second generation camp owner and has little experience in other facets of work. Environment is tense and at times hostile.
