Pros

I seriously tried to find a pro. one single pro and simply could not lie.

Cons

Let's start at the top with their clueless CEO, who seems to be living on another planet entirely. It's like they landed from Mars and decided to run a company in the US without bothering to understand how things actually work here. And don't even get me started on their leadership team. They're like a toxic soup of narcissism and incompetence. The VP of Supply Chain takes the cake for being the most passive-aggressive nightmare you'll ever encounter. Her direct reports are too busy gossiping about her behind her back to actually do anything about it because, let's face it, reporting her would be as effective as yelling into the void. But wait, there's more! This company has a revolving door for critical roles like CEO, HR, and Safety. It's like they're playing a game of executive musical chairs, except nobody wins because they're all terrible at their jobs. And speaking of safety, apparently as of late, they are convinced that it's not important to have a safety person in place. Because who needs safety when you have chaos and incompetence running the show? In summary, working for this company is like being trapped in a never-ending episode of a terrible reality TV show. Save yourself the headache and run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. Anyone deserves better.
