      Pros

      If you are a hard worker, have a possitive attitude and treat your job responsibly, CRC will help you to develope your talents. I personally changed few positions and now do something I really enjoy.

      Cons

      People that love to be tald what to do will find it quite difficult to work at CRC. You have to be able to find solutions on your own which is a good thing but a lot of people strangle with it.

      Pros

      I'm impressed so far but I'm still new. The people are nice, atmosphere is good so far but I've only been here a few months.

      Cons

      They have a freeze on personal leave for until Christmas. I didn't know this when I started, you can't take vacation until after Christmas because I guess the busy time is October and November. I should have researched this better.
